Backtagging: Awesome!
Threadjacking: Sure thing. In the rare case that I'd rather a thread not be jacked, I'll send you a message.
Fourthwalling: If you want Hal to think your character is insane, sure.
Is there anything offensive to you that we should be mindful of? Nothing in-character.
Gore level comfortable with? I don't know. I'll speak up if it gets to be too much.

Hugging, kissing, touching, flirting with this character? Hal will be confusedand possibly intrigued if your character is not Roxanne. Go for it, but he may retaliate in any number of ways.
Fighting, injuring, and killing this character?
Fighting: Hal has to be goaded into fighting.
Injuring: As Titan, he's immune to mundane sorts of damage. It'll take another superstrong person, magic or some other kind of non-mundane force to injure him. If your character can manage that, let me know and we can thread it out. :D
Killing: Only as a discussed plotline.
For your consideration:
Hal as Tighten is canonically over-powered.
He can fly, shoot lasers out of his eyes, and has a plethora of better-than-human-average capabilities.
The three that I think are most likely to cause problems:
(1) Super-strength that enables him to pick up an entire skyscraper,
(2) Super-sight such that he can see into an apartment window from a mile away, and
(3) Super-invulnerability so that being thrown into sky scrapers is only a split second's disorientation.
That said, he has a number of easily-exploited character flaws, no resistance to magic, and (in absence of canonical information to the contrary) he still needs to breathe.
Angering him to the point of making stupid mistakes, frightening him with a show of force that could plausibly be stronger than him, alarming him into forgetting about his powers, are all ways to shake him off.
If it seems, at any point, that our characters are going to interact in ways that make his array of powers problematic, contact me. I'm happy to brainstorm ways for things not to go in Hal's favor.
